Refund policy

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact me to arrange a return within 7 business days of the delivery date. I'll gladly accept returns for yarn in original, unused condition as long as I receive a tracking number from you within 7 days of delivery. Insuring your package is always a good idea. Once I have received the yarn in original/resale-able condition I will credit your original payment method with the purchase price, minus shipping and a 5% restocking fee. Custom orders, subscription orders, and dyed to order purchases are not eligible for returns.
